Get there to understand where Goethe came from, frame the context of his childhood and enjoy the lovely exhibits, such as the hall clocks or the old furniture. Plan for 2hrs to get through.

When topic is Goethe, whatever is related to him, is a must see. So, there is an entrance and a ballroom then next to it an house. Again, it is Goethe, you will find it fully interesting if you are familiar with his work.

The city is Goethe. You must see how he lived and read about the history of this man. The house is well kept and all of the exibits take time to absorb. A must see for the tourist.
