The exhibition was small for being a national museum. Staff was not friendly (some of them even aggressive) in the exhibition halls. I think it does not worth the time to visit this place. The museum covers only a small fraction of German architecture, and...More

4.50 Euros (9 Euros if you don't have the Frankfurt Card) buys you entrance to a rather dull museum with weird exhibits that has nothing to do with architecture. The museum is rather small and part of it (on the top floor) is actually of...More

I actually just asked about parking out the front & unfortunately the lady behind the desk was so rude that we chose to cancel our visit.

DAM is a place to visit if you are in Frankfurt. The quality of their exhibitions are mostly the reason why we come once year. And the actual "playboy architecture" is really one of "not to miss"

.. than 'DAM' is a must-do. Exhibitions are well planned and presented with greatest care. While the museum itself is rather small its content tends to kaleidoscopic expansion. Therefore bringing time is usually rewarded.

There was only one floor of the museum open when I visited. The part that I saw was interesting, particularly how they designed a couple of the skyscrapers in Frankfurt.
