Logic to viit a wine museum in a wineyard area. Museum located in an old cathle.Interesting visit if we like wine and historical thinks around the wine.

There are plenty of opportunities to see wine produces while in Germany. I wouldn't suggest this as one of the places to learn about how it is done. Some old wine presses and artifacts and unless you are a "historian" of wine I wouldn't stop.

This old Winery is great for a quick visit when in Ruedesheim and to take pictures with the big old Wine tanks and the falling leaves...

I could view it only from outside as I landed there on May 1st & too early as well! I liked what I saw from outside & around. I would have loved to see what lay within. Perhaps on my next trip.

As I recall, it is free, or perhaps it is a nominal charge. You can easily walk there from the river.
