The Volkwagen auto Museum is located in Wolfsburg city that you can access by train from Berlin central station and takes around little more than one hour to get there.
The museum doesn’t have a really high tech or modern structure, but it was fun...More
Cheap entry to a nicely laid out museum with a relatively large collection of old and unusual Volkswagens. If you're big into Volkswagens then I'm sure you could spend hours reading all the info on the pack provided upon entry. If you just want a...More
This visit was on my bucketlist. It is a nice, not that large museum with a lot of volkswagen models to see.
From the outside, it could be better, but once in, it is for viewing the cars that you are there.
It seems that...More
Arrived just after opening so we were able to look round and take photos before it got busy. Great museum full with some amazing Volkswagen model's from the early years. We sent a couple of hours here but could easily have spent longer. Great little...More
My husband was enthralled by the vast amount of cars to view here on our visit so we spent a couple of hours here reminiscing about quite a few he’d had himself at some stage in his lifetime so far. Well worth an afternoon out.
We loved this museum! It's rammed with old vw models and some strange adaption too. If you're a classic vw fan then you'll enjoy getting up close to the cars and it'll make you want to buy another! The only downfall is there isn't a...More
Cracking little museum filled with classics, concept, oddities and more. Exhibition about bicycles on too. Great value, information by the cars only in German unfortunately but fascinating all the same. The “shop” had unusual items, perfect for the VW enthusiast. Only down side was not...More
The charitable owned and operated museum, with a fantastic collection all total dedicated to VW.
Obviously the exhibition is changing from time to time the cars to show.
Every time there were other cars to see.
Set in a former clothing factory, not to far...More

I visited the Autostadt last year. The famous Abbey Road VW Beetle wasn't there at that time. If it was purchased by Autostadt as indicated in the LMW281F's Wikipedia page, then it must have been transferred to another display site or pulled out from the display. I also visited the VW Auto Musuem nearby; I also don't recall seeing it there.
Perhaps you can inquire with Autostadt to confirm if it is on display or not.
I hope this was helpful.
