With all kinds of events going on throughout the year, there's loads to do in this park. I would recommend walking from the city centre down the Rhein to the park, it's a lovely walk.

Go for a walk, picknicken or a run, a big piece of nature not far from city center. Next to the post tower. Come at least once a year to Rhine in flames a big party with fireworks and live music.

Good place to be with friends in the Summer time. You can enjoy a tasty German beer on some biergartens they have in there or even bring your own drinks and foods and enjoy a picnic.

This Park is amazing. You can go for bike rides, Rollerblading, for a walk, concerts, picknicks etc. It is so huge! Several BBQ-Spots, several lakes - I so love this place! Definitely a great getaway to relax from the city!

There are buses they have a good system, just ask. You can also take the tram direction Bad Honnef which will get you to the station directly above the area just before crossing the Rhine. Note, the tram is also the... More
