Useful monument to realize the grandeur of Cologne Cathedral. It is in fact a 1:1 scale replica of a cathedral spire. The work is positioned in the square in front of the Duomo, almost impossible to miss.

This model of one of the spires of the cathedral really gives you a sense of the immense engineering required to build the cathedral. The model is a replica, the same size as the one of top of the cathedral and truly monumental for tis size.

A nice idea to provide and share a scale model piece of the top of the cathedral at ground level... Gives the sense of scale and adds to the awe.

Located in Domplatz in the shadow of the magnificent Dom is this superb piece of street art ,on closer inspection and with a bit of quick googling you soon learn that this impressive piece of stonework is in fact a replica of the spire atop of Cologne Cathedral.
It's a beautifully carved piece of stonework ,puts into scale the sheer size of the Dom but also brings it home the immense amount of work that is constantly going on to keep this magnificent piece of architecture such a beautiful cathedral to view ,in my opinion one of the most beautiful cathedrals in the world ,it also increases my admiration of the architects, builders and stone Masons who actually but this cathedral with such primitive equipment.
Recallplatz Model Of Spire is easy to locate on Domplatz, most definitely well worth checking out if your in the area or planning a trip to the Dom.

You have to see this place, it is freeking huge.....
I mean you can see this thing oll over town.
There is the church spire in front of it and it is about 15ft high.

Located on Roncalliplatz is this amazing replica of a section of one of the spires of the magnificent Cologne Cathedral.
When you stand up close to this great section of stonework you can see the sheer scale of the cathedral ,I've nothing but admiration for the stonemasons and builders who constructed this amazing cathedral working with primative tools ,its a piece of architecture to most definitely check out if you're planning a holiday to Cologne and easy to locate on Roncalliplatz .

This Spire Model is hugh and massive. It is hard to believe that these spires sit on top of Cathedral. Just massive in size.

Roncalliplatz Model of Spire was found in front of Cologne Cathedral. It was really the model of spire on top of the church. The model was used as an assembly point for tourists and you have good opportunity to take photos on it with the Cathedral as the backdrop.

Roncalliplatz Model Of Spire is an absolutely amazing model of the spire located on top of the stunning Cathedral.
The model of the spire looks awesome and gives you an idea of the scale of the architecture that went into the building of one of the most beautiful cathedrals not just in Germany but in the world.
Located in front of the magnificent Dom in Domplatz this superb piece of architecture and makes a great meeting point and also makes for some great photos.
Well worth checking out.

I was looking at the spire and thought it was just a piece of art until our guide told us it was a spire from the cathedral. This thing is massive I can't believe that was on this building. It is amazing.
