I don't know exactly what I was expecting but this garden (based off other Japanese gardens I have been too) was very small. It was beautiful don't get me wrong, but small. The Nordt park was huge and beautiful and we ended up spending way...More

The Church in Dusseldorf is the place to visit. However the Japanese Rock Garden is a welcome respite to all that sightseeing and the multitudes of people. There is also an AquaZoo nearby. It is short walk from a U station.

The Japanese Garden is a small area of Nordpark. It consists of a little pond area with a few Japanese sculptures and some bonsai style conifer trees. Interesting to look at, or sit and chat for a bit, but not worth a special trip there.

The Japanese garden is in the heart of the Nordpark. It is a very peaceful spot and very well conserved, deeming it a nice spot for photos and for relaxation. The rest of the Nordpark is also beautiful, so definitely worth the visit.

This immaculately pruned, peaceful garden was a quick walk from the HopOn, HopOff bus stop. Wonderful for meditation! We were a little dissatisfied, however, with the lack of fanfare. We couldn't find a person at the information office, and no brochures were available in English,...More

The Japanese Garden within the Nordpark is a probably the most picturesque part of the park. A nicely formed landscape around a pond and a short creek. You might see some cosplayers around with great outfits. I've been here many times, and will definitely come...More

Hi, there is no entrance fee to the park and the garden is free to walk around or sit as well. The Aquazoo was closed for renovations when we visited.
