It is an historical and interesting attraction. From its surroundings a lot about Duisburg can be discovered and learned. Only downsize is that most of the signs are only in German

You can feel the glory of the building before the WW II when you visit this place. Although part of it are still under rebuilding, but you will definitely impress by the building itself. Take your own time, and enjoy every single piece of art...More

I agree that the architectural beauty of these building are nice but, I think it's not a "must-see" in Duisburg

Duisburg Alstadt is ruined during WW II. This building was also destroyed. The original Rathus was built at the end of the 19. century and after the war more or less reconstructed. It gas a very nice facade.

A really nice piece of architecture. The building is very pretty! It's close to the Innenhafen and the town center.

Well, it's located in the city center. Nothing much to do here actually, just strolling around the city center, have some Bratwurst and well.....chillll..Best for family day out or couple.
