Incompetent tour managers, penny-pinching company and surly waiters. If you don’t want to experience the above, then steer clear of Riviera travel in general and MS Emily Bronte in particular. The stretch of the river from Rudesheim to Koblenz is just spectacular. Many castles and churches, not to mention the vineyards. We were on a cruise from Basel to Amsterdam, and this stretch of the river was definitely one of the highlights.
