We took the lift up to the rooftop which affords amazing views over the city. It was very windy up there so wrap up but it is well worth a visit at only 3 euros.

There was a great artisans' market going on in the church. A large selection of beautiful and interesting items on sale. But the gem is the church tower with its four viewing-corners. Just great. Should not be missed on a visit to Lübeck.

Beautiful view coming into town. Inside the church was amazing and interesting. The church was in the renovation stage. We didn't make it to the tower because there was a long line.

The churh is beeing renovated and there was nearly nothing inside and a bit rowdy outside, but the elevator up into the tower was open and for a small amount you get a nice view of the beautiful city

The views from the top are stunning and help you orientate yourself within the town. It is cheap to use the lift and definitely recommended.
