Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Not the best beach in Spain by a long way but it has the most amazing views. It is a black sand beach in a small cove and has a free camping area.

A nice place to spend an afternoon. A small cove with a gentle slope into the water. Quiet in the winter. Good car parking space.

Sand and pebble beach, about 350 m long and about 40 m wide
It is a beach known especially by scuba diving fans, since its seabed combines the large Posidonia meadows with the rocky landscapes, producing a great variety of fish.
Also very characteristic is the fossilized dune that gives this beach a unique personality and where people usually take fantastic photos to remember.
This dune began to form about 250,000 years ago when the entire area was covered by the sea and little by little, due to erosion caused by wind and waves, it took on the whimsical shapes it has today.
On this beach, as in other corners of Almería, several films have been filmed: 007 Never Say Never Again, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, etc.

Very good beach, from the ignorance I think the left part of the beach is nudist, since in that area there were many bathers without any clothes.
A ray blanket and quite a few fish were spotted there. The water is super clear and perfect for snorkeling, somewhat cold.
It can be parked 30m from the beach without problem.

The day we went the water was quite rough.
It gave us the impression that without waves, it is a beach that offers a beautiful seabed.

Quiet and beautiful beach. With very peculiar fossil dunes, clean water despite the wave in the area
