The Audio guide was really good and informative, you can just wander. One of the altars had a bronze model of a proposed statue that was never built. The crypt is unusual and worth going down.

The interior of this cathedral is simply stunning and I have visited a few . There are language phones to provide as much commentary as you need , don't forget to visit the crypt. The ticket also entitles you to go up the tower which is great .

Not utterly amazing as some cathedrals are but nevertheless interesting and with a few real surprises - the crypt, a massive silver bling thing, authentic ceiling, and some wonderful sculptures, carvings and paintings. Well worth the visit. But best of all, up the bell tower via a slope rather than steps! A-MA-Zing views of the city all round.

We had to pay to enter, which I have a problem with if you are going to worship, however we were as tourists so no problemo. It is all a bit sanitised and not particularity holy. All be it the architecture is stunning and the paintings and sculptures lovely, it was just a bit detached. However well worth a visit.

We decided at the last minute to visit this attraction and were not disappointed. The audio guide and trip up the tower were included in the price which was very good. The audio guide was really good and gave you lots of information about the catedral. The climb up the tower was well worth the effort as you get great... More

Such a shame. Not such an old cathedral, built over many years. From the outside looks impressive, inside falling apart from poor workmanship. Not impressed.

The cathedral overlooks the Atlantic Ocean with great views. Inside is nothing special but still worth seeing. We saw a mass with the Cardinal (or bishop?) taking the lead.

Included in the entrance fee was an audio guide (interesting) and entrance to the bell tower. I made the fatal mistake of being there when the bells were runnnnng. Great descriptions of the various chapels and the roof in the crypt is amazing (as is the echos). RIchly decorated with some great paintings

As per usual, this cathedral has an entrance free, so I skipped the inside since it is NOT on the Spain top 10 cathedral list. The exterior and the Cathedral Plaza are very lovely.

Entrance fee includes audiophones in multiple languages and admission to the Tower. There are numerous richly decorated side chapels to the cathedral and a wealth of information about the artists on the audiophones. The choir carvings were done in amazing detail. Crypt didn't thrill me so much although interesting to note that the composer Manuel de Falla, for whom the... More
