Beautiful building with lots to look at. Be prepared to pay 5€ to go in but you do get a very detailed audio commentary.

One of the lightest Cathedrals that I have visited. Beautiful architecture and stunning altar. The tower next door is included as part of the ticket and should not be missed for it's fabulous views across Cadiz

Very interesting structure with a beautiful interior. Highly decorated in several areas and with a very good organ. Although the walk up the bell tower is a little strenuous it's well worth the effort. The views across Cadiz are superb.

One of the most beautiful cathedrals I've visited. Immaculately maintained, the ruins of the virgin in the basement was breathtaking . You have to visit the bell tower, the walk up to the tower is strenuous but so worth it, for the views of the city and ocean.

This is known locally as the New Cathedral because it was built in the late 17th century in the High Baroque style, to replace a 13th cathedral destroyed by the British in 1592. The interior of the rambling church is entirely decorated in stone. The audio tour is very interesting and informative. The "Old" Cathedral, now formally known as the... More

Extremely interesting history of the cathedral and its saints, many of these are local to Cadiz, I recommend taking the audio guide (inclusive in the Euro 5 Entrance fee. Additionally the entrance includes the tower to get some of the best views over Cadiz

We have seen about 200 cathedrals in all our visits to Europe. The Cadiz Cathedral gets an average grade. Good lines, interesting architecture, well decorated but not in the top 25. However, if you go to the top the views are spectacular.

A modest fee will entitle you to enter the famous Cadiz Cathedral where you can walk to the very top of the dome and watch the beautiful city of Cadiz from a 360 degree vantage point. Located at the heart of the old city of Cadiz, its amazing architecture is amazing. Relax later at one of the many cafes at... More

The Cathedral is very impressive, we went round with audio guide, reckon we spent about an hour inside, ticket price also included entrance to the crypt. We bought ticket for the tower which involves a climb up a spiral ramp, for fine views of the city at the top.
