Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Plaza del Siglo (Square of the Century) is a wonderful city square in the historic center of Malaga. It is located at Calle Granada, where Calle Duque de la Victoria and Calle Molina Lario intersect. The square is called after the new (20th) century when it was inaugurated. For a few years the square was named Plaza Manual Loring, in honor of the mayor of Malaga who was killed here.
In the center of the square a large steel sculpture is placed called Panta Rei (everything flows), representing seven large leaves. This sculpture is made by Blanca Munoz from Madrid and represents a waterway that flows into the sea.

This small square is located just off Calle Granada and about half way between Plaza de la Merced and Plaza de la Constitution. In fact it’s so small you probably wouldn’t even notice it except for the weird metal “art” structure (Pante Re) and the fact this area is probably one of Malaga’s busiest. From here it’s but a short walk down to the cathedral along a street lined with cafes and bars.

It is a clean, small square, surrounded by well restored, beautiful buildings. The modern sculpture in the center is named Panta Rei.

My twin brother Stephen and I were heading to the Sherlock Holmes Pub and passed through this beautiful plaza.
On a really hot day all the wonderful buildings that make up this square looked amazing, it was a total hive of activity but with the innumerable shopping outlets here and all the pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants in and around this plaza hardly surprising really.
I loved this plaza, stopped off in a cafe and enjoyed a coffee with my brother and just took in the great plaza which is in the heart of Malaga.
There's some interesting pieces of street art here in particular Sculpure Panta Rei which is a cool looking sculpture, it certainly catches the eye.
It's location near the wonderful Malaga Cathedral ensures it's always busy with passing tour groups and there's good street entertainers here.
A beautiful plaza and well worth checking out if your in the area.

A small square (or maybe a wider street), right in the heart of central Malaga.
The square was created in the second half of the 19th century after the demolition of the Santa Clara convent. Typical examples of Málaga's regional architecture can be found here, but also the awful Unicaja building at the Eastern side.
But nevertheless, the small square is surrounded by various nice restaurants and is definitely a charming place to enjoy a drinnk and a bite.

This square is located near the Cathedral.
The main sight is the modern sculpture called Panta Rei. This 7-meter high work was completed in 2008 and is made of stainless steel.

Plaza Del Siglo is without a shadow of a doubt one of the busiest plaza's in Malaga, it's a square that your sure to pass through if your wandering around the streets near to the magnificent Malaga Cathedral.
My twin and I always visit the Sherlock Holmes Pub so have to pass through this square ,its busy but it's not spectacular, architecture is nice ,there's the eclectic Panda Rei monument which is cool and the location of the square is central, close to the fantastic Malaga Cathedral and in an area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants and some amazing architecture, if your planning a trip to Malaga it's well worth checking out.

I happened to be walking past here and saw the odd art. I wasn't a fan of it. And the square itself is small with not a lot more to see.

Located in a quite part of the old town, this is a nice square to just hang out in, enjoying a coffee or snack, the centre piece is the thought provoking Sculpture Panta Rei (see review).
