Not a bad course with some pretty holes. Generally ok condition but there were some poor parts. And thieves seem to be a major problem on the course. Numerous warnings about it and made us too fixated on our gear rather than the game

8 ladies over 60 years of age played in Santa Clara golf course. The Pro shop and Clubhouse are fantastic. The course is definately not suitable for over 60's as it is far too hilly. Even though we had buggies we found it difficult. The course was not as good as we expected a the drive up to it and... More

As avid golfers in USA, Mexico and Canada we enjoying playing some high end courses to enjoy what they have to offer. e.g. first class service, tightly groomed courses, nice sand in bunkers, GPS in carts etc. After booking on line and arriving at the course we were shocked with the extremely poor condition of the course. The driving range... More

We spend another (like in 2015 Andrzej 2016) two weeks at Santa Clara Golf Club. The course is in good condition. Greens are very fast and well kept. Fairways are very good. Only few bunkers need more sand. Some views on course are wonderful. The Stuff in Club is very nice and friendly. The same at restaurant. I think The course... More

Played 2 rounds in early February, very lucky with the weather and the course played really well, not a boring hole to be seen, good challenge but not too difficult. Ball loss kept to a minimum which is always good. The staff in the club and the starter marshals very amenable and nothing is too much trouble. This course will... More

Played here in a 3 ball on 15.1.17. Paid about £57 each including buggies. Not exactly cheap compared to golf in UK but you wont get conditions like this in January back in the UK. Even on links courses. Friendly staff, Reasonably priced food in the club house and a great course. Greens were extremely fast but all part of... More

Typical gold club menu of the day which was very tasty and well priced. The weather was awful but the terrace looks lovely. The staff were very friendly and we will definitely be back!

Our golf society have played at this course a number of times over the last 11 years and always enjoy both the course and the customer service. We are not great golfers but it suits us perfectly. We will, undoubtedly, return :)
