We had the all time best guide Gustavo who made all the difference. So passionate and deeply knowledgeable. Good sense of humor and made the whole experience simply unforgettable. Before and after we took so many other tours but no one can match Gustavo. Alhambra palace is a must see

What a stunning place and no phots will ever do the beautiful and detailed architecture justice - and just the feel of the place and its history. It is definitely worth a visit. I could not recommend it more

we are first timer and google for ticket to alhamra, this alhamra website popup first and we click all looks legit. Untill we paid by credit card and they email you said YOUR BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED and repeteadly ask us to fill in bunch of code and user name that useles!!!

I wish I could review the actual tour but this is about the customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong month. I was booking accommodations for our trip in December and the calendar on the booking site defaulted to the 27th which was the day in December we were planning on visiting Alhambra. I booked a guided tour for our family (4 of us) and then immediately realized my mistake (booked for November 27th) when I got my confirmation. I reached out to the operator right away but was told there were no refunds or changes. So, I'm out $320.00 with no recourse. It just seems silly to not have the ability to cancel for a refund within a certain amount of time. They could have still filled our spots.

your receive an automatic voucher with the selected date. As each booking also this one has its own cancellation policy (cancellation policy of Viator - the agency you have made your booking with).

Very good choice to visit Granada attractions from Seville ! Nasrid Palaces, Generalife ( 3 hours ) and Albaicin. Local guide Guillermo was very very good. Knowledge and attitude ( 10/10 well deserve ).

Disappointing tour . We booked an English tour but the time was changed and it was merged into an English/Spanish tour with 60% in Spanish. As well not as much history in the tour as we were expecting.

Our tour guide, Victor was simply amazing and probably one of the funniest person I have ever met. He madae the 3 hr tour under 36C super joyful.. He had to his job both in English and Spanish as we had Spanish ppl in the group. The tour company need to make better arrangements for their employees as it must be super tiring to do the job twice.. or at least pay accordingly even though people tip.

Hi, we are staying at the EL Amparo Hotel, Alhama De Granada and would like to book a guided tour with your company to visit the Alhambra Palace on 25th June 2018 or 26th June 2018.
Since we are in a hotel which is not in the city centre, where can we meet you to join your tour.

If you wan to see the Alhambra then the tour that I took is called Granavision wand they are really good and they tell you where they pick people up via to there office and then walk to the Alhambra one of the places on there bus stops are Alhambra Palace

we only had to go elsewhere as our apartment was in a pedestrian only zone in front of the cathedral. We walked back after the tour because we wanted to.

Are hotels close to hop on hop off " bus stops and also within distance that Granavision will pick up for Alhambra tour ? I am arriving at AGP Malaga Friday and it seems the bus to Granada may not leave till 1600 pm. Am I better off getting on the train? When I get to Granada am I best to taxi from bus or train station to hotel ? How much should this cab cost ? Thanks !!

I took bus C3 to Alhambra and Granadavison is close to the ticket Center. You need to ask Granadavision whether they will pick you up at your hotel or not. A taxi from Malaga to Granada costs more than 130 Euro. But moving by taxi in Granada town is not expensive. If you do not know about Granada, it is better to take taxi first and if you start knowing, you can try buses which are cheap, but not so easy except bus C3. I heard that train takes long time.

Double checking that it is a skip the line tour. That you can pick 4 of us up at our hotel in Seville. If we decide to book private tour will it be just the 4 of us? We stayed in Granada so I don't know about transfers to/from Seville. Our local private tour was excellent and there was just the two of us and the guide. He was flexible about our pace and didn't push us (2 adults) along. We went by taxi and met the guide at the site

Is it true that whole month of May 2027 is fully booked at Alhambra?
According to the booking calendar the first and only possibility is 18/6.
However, we have booked hotel 26-27/5 in Granada and would like to buy tickets ahead for an Alhambra round tour of 3-4 hours on the 27/5. Will that be possible??
We are 5 grown ups.
If not - what do we then do?

It is true. It is high season in Granada and it ir very difficult to find tickets.
As Ellen - Mine said in Danish, you can try with VIATOR.But let us say, that this agency works with us.
Anyway, call to our booking department, they will try to help you! (958535872 Granavision)
