Staff was sick, just caughing everywhere while making the coffee... Hygiene was horrible... Getting sick is not fun. Shouldn't let sick staff work. Other than that it is nice.

I love the place for many reasons. First of all it has a great feel. Nice chairs, lighting, and more importantly many many books seperated into categories. You can spend there hours and hours enjoying fresh juices, cakes, teas and coffees. What is imore important, the cafe is opened during siesta and until late hours, when everything else is closed,... I love coming here. My personal favourite is the chocolate and mint tea with the chocolate and orange tart, but their bocadillos are excellent as well. It's tucked away in a small street off Calle Puentezuelas, so if you want to get away from all the shopping for a bit and enjoy a nice cup of tea and a bite... More

Worst service ever! The girls are very lazy, they never move from the bar, or clean the tables, or come for the check. So bad, the bar is very cozy and nice..

Great little space with a nice ambience - there are plenty of books around if you have nothing with you to read. The coffee was delicious and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. With one vegan among us it was great to see places like this offering soya/almond milk in drinks. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere. Good coffee. The food is simple but good. The service is also great. What more can one ask for?! Definitely the best coffee house in Granada!

I have not tried the sandwichs Paul Auster or the Yourcenar tostada but i know thèse authors enough to declare that they would be honoured to be part of the menu and not only of the bookshelves of this very neat place. Great to chill out.

Every time I travel, I try to go places visited by locals, and trying to avoid touristic places. If you are foreigner, trying to settle down in Granada, you may find difficult finding places where they dont threat you as a tourist. My first cafe experience was in Qarmita on my second day in Granada, and since that day it... More
