Evidently when the Brits could get no more ore, they took the railway as well. What's left is a nice walkway over the river. Very nice.

For me the best thing about this place is the architecture and geometric lines, it's a photographers dream! You can walk on all 3 floors too.

Unfortunately we walked from the other side of town to see the Muelle to find that it’s temporary closed. I couldn’t find any information online with details, but I’m sure it’ll be a good place to see once is down.

Apparantly they are working on this as it was closed. It is a huge sight, and would make a nice walk out over the river and does have historical significance, but other than that it is not a destination sight

This looks like it would be an interesting experience in good weather, but unfortunately when we got there it was fenced off. Not sure when it will open, but it looked like it had been closed for awhile.

If you're taking a walk along the riverfront it's worth taking a short detour down the pier-like muelle on your way. Full of history and very unique.

It was a quiet day in Huelva so we walked to see this relic of industrial past. We saw a nice view of the city when at the end of the cast iron and wood.
