Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Plaza del Duque de la Victoria is a decent sized public space, opposite the big Department store El Corte Ingles. It is in a pretty busy part of town and it can get busier when all the stalls in the square are operating, which can get a bit too much. Not sure if it's worth visiting, but if you happen to be there, well, you've seen it.

We waited here to catch the hop on / hop off bus to take us around the city. Quite unremarkable other than the Velazquez statue located in the centre

At its centre is a fine monument to the magnificent Velasquez. Surrounding it are cafes, restaurants and much retail. Also a busy transport hub.
Pleasant flower beds and flora are throughout the chequerboard paved space. Seating for relaxation is here to be availed of.

Plaza Del Duque De La Victoria was a great little public square my twin brother and I visited on our first day of our weeks holiday in this most beautiful of Spanish city's.
Surrounded by great looking buildings, a mix of old and modern architecture, the square is well maintained, there's a great statue called Monumento A Diego Velázquez and around the plaza are some great pubs, bars and cafes ,we visited Bodeguita Plaza Del Duque for iced cold beers from Cruzcampo Brewery, loved it here ,sat outside enjoying a beer and watching the world rush by, if you're planning a holiday to Seville it's a square to most definitely check out.

This is a very known square in Seville, but I would hardly recommend people to go see it. You cannot see it. It is covered by street vendors. If your thing is buying "chinese" products under the pretense they are hand crafted art, go to the Duque square. But, if you would like to see a square, forget it. Anyhow, you will pass by this square anyhow: it is in front of the Corte Ingles, very close to La Campana.

This plaza is opposite the big store El Cortes Ingles, where you can buy almost anything and everything. After your shopping, this is a good place to sit and chill. Plenty seating, most of which are in the shade of trees. There are bus stops around the plaza, along with restaurants/bars and more shops, it's a busy area to be in. The Cathedral is just a 10min. walk from here.

A small unassuming square with a statue of the Baroque/Realist painter Diego Velazquez on a pedestal in the centre and the flooring of the plaza is a simple checkerboard design.. There's almost as much trees as there's waling space. There's a large shopping centre nearby as well as assorted shops and cafes. There's a tram stop right next to the plaza, but even then I wouldn't go out of the way.
The only other interesting thing is a tree stump in the plaza which I'd be curious about the history.
