Amazing building

This is truly an amazing place to visit, you can only marvel at the skills of those involved in its creation. BUT BE AWARE THERE ARE PICKPOCKETS EVERYWHERE

Superb and impressive building with a great mixture of outstanding views and historical features. The Christopher Columbus Tomb/Memorial is a really outstanding item amongst many. There are many spectacular stained glass windows and the main altar depicting the apostles amongst many other things is fabulous. This building truly deserves it's World Heritage Site status. There was a decent reduction on... More

Opens to the public from 11am you need to get there early to beat the masses that start lining up outside to get in. Lots to see you will 2 hours +. Also make sure you go up the tower for the views across the city.

Unbelievable.....the building is incredible....does not matter if you are religious or not....visit, soak up the atmosphere, marvel at the incredible craftsmanship all around and then try to work out how many football pitches you could fit inside :-) Fair sized queue in the mornings but they move quickly. We walked passed a few times between 3-4pm and there were no... More

The queue looked longer than it actually took to get in so don't be put off. I spent about an hour but you could do 2-3. The tower is a must and if you time it right, do the roof guided tour.

This is a truly beautiful cathedral which is well worth visiting. It is very well laid out and everything is well presented and well explained. It is full of history and although busy it doesn't feel over-crowded. The walk up to the top of the bell tower is worth the effort because the views of Seville are stunning and captivating.... More

One of my favorite sites in Sevilla. I highly recommend getting the audioguide for €3, especially if you don't speak Spanish. It is the largest gothic cathedral in the world, and the world's 3rd largest of any kind. Plan to spend about two hours here.

There is no doubt that the Cathedral is stunning - no visitor to Seville should miss it - but we were shocked to be asked, by an unfriendly lady at the ticket desk, if my wife, who has had a stroke and is in a wheelchair, had documentation to prove that she has a disability! Although we didn't have documentary... More
