A big green and healthy park near city centre and next to Plaza Espana. You can wander about and see a lot of different plants, discovering interesting costructions that suddenly appear from the green. Also in December (when I visited Seville) the weather is good and temperature is hot enough for a cold beer and tapas at Kiosko Abilio, inside... More

A walk through the park was very nice. We went to Plaza America. After that we went to Plaza Espana in the evening.

Maria Luisa Park is a huge park that you could almost get lost in. You can get away from it here and forget you're in the middle of a city. You can even be alone if you choose. There's plenty of shade and small decorative gardens to sit around. It's all part of the 1929 Exhibition construction which includes the... More

The buildings are the remains of Expo29 and have been used for museums and such like - the gardens were given to the City by Maria Luisa and they are very well maintained and used by locals and tourists alike.

Another gem of Seville. The most beautiful, relaxing and interesting park. Shady walkways, stunning monuments and buildings. Ponds, a waterfall and fountains. What else could you want on a sunny January day.

Enjoyed a carriage ride from the Seville cathedral through the park. Our driver pointed out some notables. Nice day to be on Christmas Day. Gracias

This is the location of the famed Plaza de Espana, and is nice to stroll through to see the pavilions from the 1929 exhibition.

Adjacent to the Spanish palace built for the 1929 expo this is a peaceful and pretty garden featuring small pieces of architecture and various water features among the greenery
