Fun day out
Aug 2019 • Family
Having read many of the reviews (after booking!) we had some very mixed messages. However overall the day was good and a success. To address some of the negative comments that we read: Yes, they have rules, there are many people there and they need rules, if you don’t want rules, go to the sea. Generally the rules were safety related and did not incumber us in any way. The one issue here, that I have not seen in other water parks is a rule relating to maximum and minimum weight for rides. On some rides there is a maximum single rider of 110kg and max double rider of 160kg. Scales are placed at the rides and if the attendant thinks you might break the limit you are asked to stand on the scales and .........

Queues - yes there are a few and this is because it is popular. There are 14 slides in total including some double and quadruple. Regarding the rings, they operate a two tier system, one can either rent a blue ring for the day and use this all day, or don’t pay and queue for a yellow ring at the bottom of the slides. We rented one blue ring and occasionally needed an extra ring (we were three) so queued for a yellow one when needed.
We also booked a VIP area including two sun beds, a parasol, a table and a locker. You need to go to the vip kiosk to get the key and lock, this is used as proof that you paid for the vip area. When you are looking for a spare bed, the lockers look broken, but they are just missing the lock mechanism which you get from the kiosk.
There are large changing rooms with showers etc And although the park was quite busy, the changing rooms were more than adequate.
Yes, you also do pay for parking €3 in 2019.
It is best to book online the earlier the better and I saw some groupon options if you are lucky!

Well worth a visit
Aug 2019 • Family
If you are visiting Seville in the Summer it’s hot so we pre booked tickets online in the uk, before we arrived-it was about €74 for 4. We decided not to book any extras and see what we thought when we arrived.

You can get there easily by public bus, it’s line no 27 which you can get outside macdonalds/ burger king (near the mushroom/seta sculture). The bus took about 35/40 mins and was easy to find the park when got off (about a 5 min walk)- just use google maps and tells you which stop to get off. The bus was €5.40 for 4 of us and runs regularly until about 11pm.

When we got in the park you could pay extra for vip sun beds (included 2 sun beds with a locker in the parasol and a free drink ), or were lots of free sun beds.
We had no problem getting sunbeds (but did arrive for park opening at 12).
A locker was €10 but we didn’t use one, everyone was just leaving bags on sunbeds, there were lots of people about so it felt fine to do that (and hadn’t taken lots of cash/ valuables anyway).

You could hire your own ring (which were needed for some rides) but we decided not to and hardly had to queue to wait for one to become available, so personally wouldn’t bother unless park was extremely busy.

You can buy food and drink which seemed reasonable but we took a picnic (which most people seemed to have done) you can take drinks and cans just no glass (or tins- ie canned fish etc). Can also take alcohol in.

There are rules such as must remove jewellery (rings were fine, but no necklaces/bracelets), and can’t wear sunglasses in the pools, but other than that we had no issues. I had read reviews where people felt were too many rules/ whistles, but we never had a problem and the park felt well managed and safe.
We left towels on the sunbeds with our bags whilst went on the slides and had no issues (think previous reviews said something about can’t reserve beds? - can only think that might have been in vip area)?

All in all we had a great day and didn’t leave til it closed at 8 and was a welcome respite from the August sun. I think is good value for money and park is clean and well run. Our children are old enough to go on everything so can’t comment on height restrictions or rules about younger children.
Would definitely return

Great fun day out for all ages
Aug 2019 • Family
We had a great day.
- It is worth paying rent a double ring as this avoids one set of queues trying to get hold of a ring to use.
- Buy in advance online. Tickets seem to be cheaper the earlier you get them. (We didn’t realise this until it was too late so it was quite an expensive day)

Charge for absolutely everything & boring slides
Aug 2019 • Couples
They charge €15.50 to use the blue rafts that you use on the slides with a €5 deposit returned to you, never heard of this in any waterpark around the world! The slides were very slow and less than average, queues were massive and couldn’t get sun beds unless you book and pay for them in advance, haven’t got a good thing to say about this place, probably best to go with young kids, save your money and go somewhere else

Better than expected!

We were happily surprised with Aquopolis! It was boiling hot and despite some nasty rewievs read here decided to take a risk and go anyway. The place was clean, nice rides for us all (kids 9,12,15) pleasant staff doing their work to keep everyone safe. We paid 35e for VIP zona- was worth it! 4 free drinks, locker, 1 double floating ring for the rides (so no need to wait for a free one) nice patio area with showers, shade, sun chairs, own lunch area...The park wasn’t over crowded even on a Sunday. Lines were ok. Lots of locals, no tourists seen. Very limited English skills even at the entrance desk but everyone was friendly and tried their best anyway if we asked them something. No issue with rash vests- I wore mine the whole day. Wave pool got very busy ( waves only once/ hr). Food services limited as most guests seemed to bring their own food. Ate yummy pizza and fries with sausage- was ok. Really nice day out with out family! We would all go again!

Wonderful place to spend a relaxing family day where you can do as much or as little as you like. Some staff spoke limited english but they all did their very best to make the day an enjoyable day.Reception also called us a taxi at the end of our day and it was much appreciated.

Decent for the Price
Jun 2019
Pretty nice water park for the cost. Americans beware, the pools are not heated! But the water feels nice after sitting in the sun for a while. A bit disappointing the entire time we were there the little zip line/monkey bar area was closed. Wave pool, lazy river and water slides are fun. Grab a slushy for a sugary treat!

Rules rules rules
Aug 2018 • Family
Been to a good number of water parks in my time and have to say this is the bottom of my list now, rules rules and more rules. First the young children area is fine apart from the fact you are not aloud anywhere near your children whilst they play. You are not aloud in the water so you have to stand in an unshaded area in the 40c heat whilst your beloved play. If you step in and the water for one second you get a told off.

Now go to the main pool and try and sit in the side with your feet in the water.... that’s a big no no and will result in a good telling of also... no matter what you do DO NOT jump in the water from the side of the pool, that may result in you being kicked out of the country or at least that’s what it feels like.

Moved to a second play area with my 5 year old and was stood in about half a food of water watching him only to be told to get out as I had sunglasses on... no idea what the safety issue is with that as all sunglasses are Plastic....

Now we live in 2018 so why would the lady’s toilets not have any female products in them is beyond belief after asking at the shop we where told they are keep hidden but available... 2018 guys... women need products like that in the loos...

There is very little shade to be have which is an issue in 40c heat unless you pay for a sun bed. I put my sunglasses on a sunbed which I sorted out my kids bag and within seconds I was told off my a security guard that then proceeded on removing other people stuff from sun beds and dumping it on the floor...

In short ok park, mad rules....
