After having a meal, I decided to go for a walk over this bridge towards Triana (and back), on a warm balmy night in June. Most enjoyable, looking at the night life and sights of Seville.

The most beautiful bridge, extraordinarily beautiful is the newest one, north of the city, "puente del Alamillo". This one, otherwise, is essential to the town and to its right bank old suburb, whose name it has taken: Triana. Everybody calls it bridge of Triana, leaving...More

We used the bridge to cross the river from the old town to visit the Triana area and an evening drink and meal at the restaurants just over the bridge. Views from the bridde, especially at sunset, are good photo opportunities.

What a beautiful bridge to stroll across! Whether from Triana to the Centro or vice versa, it's a romantic avenue with lovely views across the river. And the fabulous MaríaTrifulca restaurant is right there on the bridge, on the Triana side -- don't miss it!

After visiting the Real Maestranza bullring museum, I crossed this bridge to the other side, which is the Triana area. While the bridge is old, it is not spectacular. Just a bridge to link 2 sides of the city. However, I had a good view...More
