Suddenly quiet streets with real people going about their daily lives surrounded by historic buildings and terrific tapas. More offerings of real ceramics - still highly priced but then who’s going to buy other than tourists. The food is better since bars and restaurants need...More

Lovely area with really nice restaurants and bars and cake shops. After a nice tour of the bullring, just totally relaxing in the early evening light to sit on the concrete parapet and watch the rowers practising. Lovely looking buildings either side. Then after a...More

Well worth a look at this historical part of the city. Lots of interesting places to see especially regarding Spain’s famous ceramic tiles. Some good bars and tapas and the market is brilliant!

We spent a day in the Triana neighborhoot, topped by a Triana tapas tour at night. The neighborhood has a different feel, more homey. We had some great food over there but the best part was shopping for some of the amazing pottery. Ceramica Ruiz...More

A walk across the bridge and here is another city within a city. It feels and behaves differently, somehow more like a ‘real’ place - people going about their daily work, grandmothers being helped along by grandsons, people out shopping in the wonderful market. The...More
