    Small and somehow dissapointing
I was expecting more shops and eating options. We arrive around 2 pm and most of the spots were closed. Only one option to eat seating down, it was a paella place. The paella was good but nothing memorable. I asked if they could prepare one paella and one fideua for the table and the server told me only one item per table because they only have 5 burners in the kitchen. I suggest just walk by it, go in to see it but not make a special trip unless you have extra time.

    It's okay market local people
I came on a Sunday to check out the market which we are close, but some of the restaurants were. One of my tour mates met me up, and we decided to have lunch at one of the places. We had lunch at "El Puesto 22" ordered some pork tapas and some wine. But the owner there was a bit rude, wasn't keen in serving tourist. but probably not worth the trek across town.

Beautiful little traditional food market. Worth popping in.
Nice little find. Traditional little market with some great food stalls. Obviously, a favourite with locals who are sitting eating tapas and drinking. For us, it was interesting to see the old spanish ceramic stall signs, the meats hanging, the fresh fish and fruit stalls. It's just lovely to have a quick walk around. There is a little restaurant at the end which is interesting with the bulls heads on display. We loved it.

    Lovely Mercado
Interesting and wonderful Mercado to wander through when we were in the Triana area. Unlike the ones that we visited in Madrid, it was filled with more local people than tourists. Food options are numerous. Fresh fruit easily available as well. Would recommend visiting especially if you are looking for a quick bite to eat. Enjoy.

Visit if you're a foodie and enjoy!
This is the kind of place to eat a bit of everything. I had a fresh seville orange, which is one of the best oranges I have ever had. Got some pieces of cheese to nibble on whilst we walked around, then ate at a couple of different places, La Muralla, which is great for fresh fish & cervezeria Loli, where the chickpeas and garlic prawns were to die for and the paella was traditionally made. The wine was also great. Tip - let the waiters recommend dishes, they know best!

    Wonderful
Probobly our second favourite Mercado we visited in spain (#1 being Victoria in Cordoba). Lots to see and many many options. Friendly people and had a good time checking the stalls. We settled on a meat place (Altobrasa Restaurante Asador) and had the 2 types of burgers and they were both delicious. Had my first Vermouth here and it was wonderful.

Nice place, but a bit expensive. Very small tapas, but good quality. Food stalls do not have prices. Still worth to visit and have s seat in one if the tapas bars.

This market is right across the Puente de Isabel bridge on the right hand side. The bridge offers great views of the riverfront and is adjacent to the Plaza de Armas. This market mainly offers fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish. There are a few eating places. A nice location if you're in the area.
