Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Plaza de Armas bus station is very dirty, and has only a few places to sit as one waits for buses. The bathroom was deplorable … flooded and what seems like feces floating in the water.
My train from Madrid arrived 40 minutes late to Seville and I missed my bus by one minute. When I asked the Alsa customer service woman if I could get a refund or partial refund, she was so abrupt and rude and shouted that I just had to buy another ticket and there was no refund. But when I spoke to the man at Information booth he said I could apply for refund. I spent two hours of being uncomfortable in a very dirty place. AVOID this bus station if you can.

I reviewed this bus station some years ago and had hoped some improvements might have occurred. I was too optimistic. Not only is it still scruffy but neither the escalators not the lift is functioning. Also the information boards aren't working either. I recommended that one should go have a coffee somewhere rather than wait in such depressing surroundings. This time I took my own advice and waited in the new commercial centre. What a contrast. Do your self a favour and wait for your bus there in some comfort.

It is a shame that a city like Seville, has a bus station in these conditions. 2 ladies toilets for many travelers coming and going, cleanliness 0,Very hot, people with fans, the lousy cafeteria and the pints of some other is scary. Anyone who can't stop here, better not stop.

This building serves primarily as he city's most central bus station from where you can catch busses to and from the airport among other places. It serves its function and has all that you need in order for it to do so - a few shops selling snacks, newspapers etc., coffee bars, toilets and a ticket and information area with boards displaying information on when and where to catch your bus. The airport bus stops outside on the street but the majority of other ones depart from numbered bays downstairs.

1-3-24 to 1-6-24 Horrible, Dirty rooms, nasty employees, bugs in room 201, did not refill empty body wash or face tissues whose box kept falling off of the wall. No clean towels/robes had to hunt for them. The bugs were on the bed, floor and floorboards, Beatriz gave us another much smaller room. No housekeeping after 4pm no bell service with luggage. Mean nasty front desk guy at 10pm when we asked for tissues/towels. Do Not Recommend at all! Nice bar across the street ask for Jose open until 2am. Breakfast was mediocre. Better to get food in town. Stay Away. .

We ended up here having taken an excellent value bus ride from Granada. It's not the world's most glamorous destination, but it works. There are ticket offices and machines, an info desk, loos, plenty of live departure info on TVs. Taxis and local buses outside the door. No reason not to take a bus from here, it'll work fine.
There are left luggage lockers, big enough to take our biggest suitcase. But many of them are broken, and the working ones get full, there may not be any space left. We took the last locker available. The lovely woman at the info desk came over and patiently helped us when we couldn't make it work.

It appears the old train station was closed and relocated to Santa Justa, and all the marshalling yards turned into roadway, car parks and a rather ugly bus station.
The old station building has been repurposed into a shopping mall of sorts but it has missed the mark and really has little appeal, perhaps because it is a bit out of the way.
The bus station over the road is cold and uninviting unlike the other bus station San Sebastian, perhaps it was better during Expo 92 when it was a major gateway to Expo, and has been left to run down.

We arrived in Seville to this dirty bus station with awful cafe and toilets in basement .It only avoids an awful rating as it runs some good long distance bus services and ticket purchase is easy here .

I must say reading through some of the many reviews regarding Plaza De Armas I deduce that this plaza splits opinion, you either love it or loathe it ,I loved it ,loved the architecture around this plaza, the modern hotel building looks cool ,the mercadona building is fabulous on the eye but the crowning glory for me was the wonderful Centre Comercial Plaza De Armas, the former Estacion De Corboda, a beautiful former railway building now converted into a shopping mall complete with movie theatre and dance school, I really enjoyed visiting this plaza which is well worth a few minutes of your time if you're in the area.

The bus station closes about 10pm, I think. But the street art is on the outside wall and under the bridge if that’s what you want to see, so open 24/7
