Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Well worth a visit if you like walking and seeing the views. There is good car parking, a couple of cafe/bars. A visit to the information (Toki Alai visitor centre) gave us walks which were easy/moderate and could take an hour or more depending on what you want. There is also quite a bit to see around the Shrine of Urkliola which included some good views in easy access and picnic spots together with some interesting chapels, ice house etc. could easily have missed going but well worth a visit.

Not on a busy main road so you have to deliberately go here. Its beautiful countryside and if that's what you want to see you wont be disappointed. Most reviews are by Spaniards themselves as it is a natural playground for the locals. If you are in the area make the detour and go up to the Sanctuary, good parking and toilets and a cafe ( which we didn't use as it was closed).Gives you a different perspective to the coastal towns and don't be put off by the big quarry you have to pass on the way up.

Located on the pilgrimage route, this small nature area has an outstanding lookout facing the spectacular cliffs of three mountains.

It was a beautiful trip full of nature and absolute tranquility, with a kind of jungle made up of all the beech trees in the area and the beautiful sanctuary.
