Wow the reviews are right, this taxi service is superb! Our flight was delayed going to Palma yet our driver was waiting for us at the specified place when coming through arrivals. He escorted us to the car which was parked right outside and the drive to Pollensa was very efficient. We had the same taxi driver pick us up and he was waiting for us at the booked pickup time. Highly recommend and we will only book with this taxi service in the future.

Outstanding service. Easy booking online. Spoke to English speaker in Spain when I had a query - easily resolved. Drivers always punctual. Vehicles clean and pleasant smelling. Had lengthy journey on Majorca and arrived after very comfortable journey. Use PMI on a number of occasions - would never use tour operators coaches again - no comparison. Not the cheapest but does what it says on the tin.

From booking the return taxi trip, the communication was excellent. Email confirmation giving me directions where to meet the driver and he was there on time, to receive an email a few days into our holiday confirming our return pick up date and time. The cars were very clean, air conditioned and well dressed polite taxi drivers. Excellent all round. Will definitely recommend PMI taxis and will use again next year.

I have used this company on three occasions, both return trips (so 6 journeys in total) and have found them to be totally reliable and highly professional. On the most recent trip our flight arrived late coming in to Palma but nonetheless our driver was patiently waiting for us in the Arrivals hall. Due to the late arrival we hit the rush hour traffic and our journey took much longer than it should have. Despite the longer journey there was no suggestion of any additional charges. On all 6 journeys their drivers have arrived precisely on time! I am very happy to recommend Taxi PMI

Really impressed with the service we received from PMI. They were waiting at the airport when we came through security, confirmed our return by email a few days into our trip and were wating outside the hotel for our return. Just as importantly, and worthy of note, is the quality of the driving. Both drivers drove well, and that has not always been our experience with taxi drivers in Spain!

Was greeted at the airport in palma had names displayed even though we was slightly earlier they had seen flights and knew. Coming back home was again prompt service from hotel in cala egos to palma airport. Family of 6 and will most definitely use next year when I return. Thank you

I booked the services of Taxi PMI after doing an online research and reading some of the reviews. Making the booking online was very simple and once made the email confirmation came through. On arrival my driver was waiting with a name card even though we were delayed slightly coming through the arrivals gate. I was a bit apprehensive about our return journey as it was an early 3.45am pick up from the hotel. A couple of days prior to us leaving we received an email to confirm that the collection details were correct, which once done another email was received confirming everything was okay. Needless to say everything went to plan and payment was made 50/50 of the agreed price on completion of each journey which can be made either by card or cash with the driver. I’d have no hesitation recommending this company for your airport transfers in Majorca.

My wife and I used Taxi Pmi for a private return transfer from Palma Airport to Alcúdia. We were travelling with TUI on a 1 week holiday. But the coach transfer was 90mins + , pending hotel drops off. So we wanted a direct transfer from Palma airport for just us. I looked into the private transfers on offer and I found Taxi Pmi to be the best price and good reviews. So I booked with Taxi Pmi directly on there Web site and paid by credit card. There weren't any complications at all, and everything was straightforward. I received a confirmation email from Taxi Pmi confirming my booking and a detailed map of where our driver would meet us at the pickup point at Palma airport. Our driver was there as we approached the pickup point infront of the airport entrance and holding a plaque with my full name written in English. There were others drivers there too all waiting with their clients names on them. Our driver was very friendly and his car was modern 5 door family size and plenty of room, with air-conditioning too. The car was clean and tidy and our journey to Alcúdia took around 40mins or so, and very pleasant journey for us. Our driver appeared to not be able to speak much English, and my wife and I can't speak Spanish. But this was not a problem at all. Our driver got us to our hotel without any problems and on our departure from our hotel, our driver was on time to pick us up and take us back to Palma airport. The whole transfer process was completely stress free and my wife and I are most happy we looked into a private transfer and finding Taxi Pmi. Obviously a private transfer is extra cost and maybe not cheap, pending the distance your travelling. But we found it money very well spent, to be able to transfer without hassles and the quickest way to get to our hotel. We both would highly recommend Taxi Pmi if you are looking into getting a private transfer.

I can recommend PMI Taxi. Easy to book on-line before you go, great communication. Cars arrive on time with courteous and pleasant drivers. I travelled on 25th and 30th September from Palma Airport to Porte de Soller and return. Have used PMI before and will use again. Highly recommended.
