we enjoyed the view on the rocks and the view from the plateau they are on - when the weather is good you can even see the islands around

It’s so worth the walk for the wonderful views. It’s fairly easy going until you get right near to the Roque when you need watch your footing. The scenery all around is spectacular. We were glad of the little shop when we got back!

The walk up to the rock was hard work in places, with it starting with a path but quickly becoming just rocks so make sure you have appropriate shoes on! We got there for around 10am which we were glad about as we got parked...More

The highlight of our holidays, I suggest renting a small car and driving there as the drive itself is also interesting. There is a parking space right at the beginning of the route. Take warm clothes! There was a 15 digrees difference from the seaside...More

Just a 2km climb up to the rock from the car park, with fantastic panoramic views all round. Loved it - a highlight of our 10 days in GC.

The local government, in its wisdom, has chosen to close access to the Roque for a week to allow filming a movie. So tough luck for tourists who have come expressly to enjoy the best of Gran Canaria scenery. I won't be back.

This rock is 80m high, and is standing beside it’s little brother at the top of a plateau. The hike is quite easy (30 min one way incl photo stops), but I do NOT recommend flipflops! I would also advice checking the weather forecast before...More

Roque Nublo is one the must places to visit in the Cran Canaria. From Las Palmas it took about 1,5 hours by car to reach Roque Nublo. However it is absolutely worth of visiting. Even the car journey gives you great views but from Roque...More

Depends on where you are staying. You can catch the number 18 bus from Maspalomas and get off at Ayacata. Bus fare I believe is 4.70 Euros. From Ayacata walk up the hill ( GC 600) to the car park for Roque Nublo and then... More
