Ok, it doesn't have the 'wow' factor like some other cathedrals in major European cities but it is a worthy of a visit. €3 for entry to the cathedral and museum and an additional €1.50 to access the tower (different entrance.) We thought it value for money and an interesting diversion from the hustle and bustle of city life. The... More

The city's Catholic Cathedral is near the shore and its best feature is the view from the tower. This is accessible by a small charge for the lift and short stairs. The views from the tower and the balcony between the towers give a nice overview of the local area. The interior of the Cathedral is also worth a visit... More

A lift takes you to the top of the tower - great views over the old town and the harbour. Can get busy so you may have a wait but it will be worth it. Walk down the side street and go into the church, The Neo-classical facade hides and interior of Gothic vaults resting on slender columns. Baroque pulpits,... More

The surrounding and the church is beautiful on the outside, however inside it's just an average dome with a boring museum that you have to pay to visit. It's very inexpensive so if you have time to kill you might pay the entrance go into the church and walk around for about 10 minutes (tops). If you have a limited... More

Beautiful cathedral with a lift to take you up to the tower for only 1,5€. It is definitely worth it. The view is wonderfull. But the tower is wuite small, it gets crowded easily.

We haven't managed to go into the cathedral but the tower offered a very nice view of the plaza. A must see if you're in Las Palmas

Finding this landmark is not straightforward, for it is in the Old Town of Las Palmas, with its narrow irregular streets, and absence of parking or even stopping places, so you could drive some miles beyond it (as we did) to find a place to leave the car. When eventually we did find a parking space, the effort was worth... More

We took the lift up to the tower and as expected the view was fabulous. However, after reading other reviews here, we opted not to follow up with a visit inside. I personally think the beauty is from the outside - looking at the architecture and from the tower, looking down. It is a stunning building. Don't forget to look... More

this is a historic buildings with a life community where tourist are welcome to appreciate their culture. One of the tower is open to tourist where an elevator will take you to the roof for the breath taking view of the city
