It was rather difficult to find the trail description in the internet so the best way is to go to a visitor's center. The trail takes 2,5 hours one way, but is much faster and more pleasant if you don't follow the marks but go...More

This is a lovely but difficult walk through the streams, with lots of clambering over rocks, but again well worth the effort, but you do need to be fairly fit & well equipped, some precipitous views, not for the faint hearted.
