We booked a shuttle transfer from Tenerife South Airport to Puerto de la Cruz costing 95 euros. Very helpfully before our trip we were sent a photo of exactly where to meet our driver which made it very easy on arrival. Although we’d booked a shuttle bus, we were the only people on it so the journey was quick - right to our hotel door. The driver was friendly and importantly a very safe driver - no speeding. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TenerifeTransfers and would use them again.

We had complications with our flight and they still picked us up at a different time and day, WITHOUT charging extra!
The ride was fast and pleasant, we payed for the shuttle bus and it was very cozy and safe. Cost friendly, very helpful team online and on the phone, the bus drivers are very nice and they are waiting for you a little earlier (ca. 10min) so you can go earlier if the ride is complete. Recommend it, we will definitely book them again.

Overall we were very happy with the service provided especially on our return journey to the Airport. On arrival we were delayed by nearly an hour before our cases were received and because of this our private transfer was not available when we left the departure lounge. Not sure why this was and we had a further 45 minute delay whilst transport was found. However, our experience will not stop us using this company again.
