After reading all the comments on this thread I was a bit concerned after booking the Orange Bus transfer, however, I did not encounter any negative issues whatsoever.
Communication via email can take a day or two for a response but Laura replied to my emails every time.
The driver was waiting in TFS airport arrivals and whisked us straight off to our destination in the north and upon our return, he arrived on time to take us back to the airport.
Excellent service, excellent value and would definitely recommend.

Orange bus is the worst bus of my life. They first delay my bus to 1 hour and then cancelled it without informing earlier. We tired to call bus operator but he didn't pick call as well. They didn't even arrange any alternative bus. Never ever travel with this bus.

One of the worst bus services I have ever seen. They cancelled the bus at the last moment and no one was picking the call. They did not make any alternative arrangements. I suggest not to book this bus.

Booked online but never turned up to take us to the airport. Rung the phone numbers given and the service said the number didn't exist. Been emailing them but no reply, will be getting my credit card company to perform a charge back. DO not use.

Hello,
I love the orange travels to travel. But when it comes to your customer service located in Bejai Mangalore its pathetic..
I had proof of my courier but the man there he doesn't have manners to speak & demanded for receipt. I had the picture of the box and details . If he didn't have the box he could say there's no such parcel rather blabbering that it doesn't make sense. He should have sense that I wouldn't have the picture of the box if it wasn't mine .
My mistake was I went to the wrong courier service but still there's a way to talk.
Because of the courier service representative I'd like to rate you 1 otherwise the bus rating I'd give 4.
Kindly don't hire such fools and spoil such a lovely bus service .

Under no circumstances book with this so called company they are thieves. I made a reservation for 7th November 2022 and paid upfront. I received confirmation of my booking along with reservation reference. There was no one to collect us and the office shutters were closed. The telephone numbers was unobtainable. We waited for 1 hour 40 min but no driver appeared. Since then I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them by email with no reply and by telephone,but the number is still unobtainable

This company has gone out of business, but they are still taking money for bookings they have no intention of honouring. I paid €56 for a transfer, but they didn't send me a booking confirmation or reference number. I emailed and telephoned the company and the owner.
The main telephone number has been disconnected, and the owner does not answer the phone. There has been no response to emails or Facebook messages. Their Facebook page has been inactive since July. Fortunately, my bank has agreed to reverse the payment, so these thieves won't be able to keep my money.

I HATE people and companies that rip people off, just paid 30 euros for a booking, realised I needed to make it a return, didn't get any confirmation, tried to call the number - its unavailable, called a number from another review, they gave me another number to call, called and they said they don't know what I'm talking about.
Well done for getting yet another potential customer PISSED off

Got an email in the morning before leaving for our holiday that one of their buses had broken now but there had arrived another minibus company to pick us up and we had to go to Office 9. Arrived in Tenerife and we went to office 9 and there was no booking for us. After 30 minutes of the guy trying to resolve the issue and me trying to call the company. we decided to get a minibus from outside the airport.
We were quoted 43 Euros from Orange Bus..It cost us 32 euros for the minibus outside the airport. The next day I emailed Orange bus. 6 days later I got an email from them saying there were sorry but there had drivers on holiday but there offered us the return taxi at the same price we paid the other taxi at 32 euros.
We accepted. This time there did turn up on time and there were good but next time I would just take a taxi from outside the airport.

This is just what you want from a company providing transport from Tenerife Airport to apartments. Excellent communication, quick responses and flexibility. I cannot recommend the company, the drivers or Laura enough. We will definitely use this company again when we next travel to Tenerife. A+
