The service provided by Orange Bus, and specifically our driver Alexis, was great.
We had a confirmation phone call, in which we provided our flight number. This is beneficial because our flight landed early yet Alexis was ready and waiting for us.
He speaks in both English and Spanish (if you ask to practice)!
He helped us from the terminal to a minibus (great if you're traveling in a group) parked right outside Arrivals.
We began our journey from Tenerife Norte to Puerta de la Cruz, which took approximately 30 minutes.
On the way Alexis told us of all the things to do in Tenerife, especially in our area.
Orange Bus offers better prices than any taxi from the airport or on your return journey.
Seeing as though you will need a TITSA card to get the bus back to the airport, I suggest saving the hassle and booking to and from the airport with Orange.

After reading all the comments on this thread I was a bit concerned after booking the Orange Bus transfer, however, I did not encounter any negative issues whatsoever.
Communication via email can take a day or two for a response but Laura replied to my emails every time.
The driver was waiting in TFS airport arrivals and whisked us straight off to our destination in the north and upon our return, he arrived on time to take us back to the airport.
Excellent service, excellent value and would definitely recommend.

Do not use this Company! We used them in july 2021 and we paid for both journeys. When it was time for return we waited at the place we had arranged, no one turned up. We phoned and was told driver had been and gone. (He hadn't) we was then told he would be back in twenty minutes so we waited, and then we got another phone call saying there was a traffic jam and they were cancelling and we should order a taxi we have since tried to get our money back but to no avail.

In the past I have recommended this company, but something has changed in the last year.
You can still book online, but the telephone numbers quoted do not connect and emails are ignored.
We booked for collection (and return) from the airport on 15th December 2023 and despite waiting 45 minutes nobody was there from Orange Bus. Our plane was on time so there were no excuses.
We took a local taxi as we could not contact Orange Bus.
Our daughters were dure to fly out in the next week and both were booked with Orange Bus. We tried to get confirmation they would be collected (one is disabled), but could not contact Orange Bus.
We emailed cancellations to them (not acknowledged).
We booked with My Transfers instead and all went well.
I had paid Orange Bus via Paypal who gave me a full refund.

Great transfer company. Pick up on arrival excellent. Driver clearly displaying my name in arrivals. We were a family with 4 young children and they offered us child and booster seats for free. On the day we went back home, the driver was at our hotel a little early so we could depart exactly on time. Pre-paid online, and the price was cheap.

This is just what you want from a company providing transport from Tenerife Airport to apartments. Excellent communication, quick responses and flexibility. I cannot recommend the company, the drivers or Laura enough. We will definitely use this company again when we next travel to Tenerife. A+

Run away - Fuyez
They never came to pick us up. Yesterday we went to the locket at the airport as explained In the confirmation email. Christine a nice employee of the airport called them and she was told that they have no reservation. We have an email to proof it but however they will never come ! We paid 30 eur for nothing. When we claimed yesterday night they didn’t react or reimbursed us !
Please note that a taxi is less expensive!

Hello,
I love the orange travels to travel. But when it comes to your customer service located in Bejai Mangalore its pathetic..
I had proof of my courier but the man there he doesn't have manners to speak & demanded for receipt. I had the picture of the box and details . If he didn't have the box he could say there's no such parcel rather blabbering that it doesn't make sense. He should have sense that I wouldn't have the picture of the box if it wasn't mine .
My mistake was I went to the wrong courier service but still there's a way to talk.
Because of the courier service representative I'd like to rate you 1 otherwise the bus rating I'd give 4.
Kindly don't hire such fools and spoil such a lovely bus service .

Booked online but never turned up to take us to the airport. Rung the phone numbers given and the service said the number didn't exist. Been emailing them but no reply, will be getting my credit card company to perform a charge back. DO not use.

Orange bus is the worst bus of my life. They first delay my bus to 1 hour and then cancelled it without informing earlier. We tired to call bus operator but he didn't pick call as well. They didn't even arrange any alternative bus. Never ever travel with this bus.
