The train starts from the town square and takes you around this lovely little mountain town to the most amazing "viewing" points, its almost like being a little kid in a candy shop if one likes history, scenery and clicking pictures.

We caught the "cheesy" Toleda Train Vision Zocotren in the Plaza de Zocdover & it was a wonderful experience. The train take you through Toledo and around the medieval city complete with an audio guide and city views best experienced from the other side of the Rio Tajo.

The train ride gives you are good overview of the town but to see all of the attractions in Toledo you really need to walk which doesn't really take long.

Take Metro line 3 and get off at Moncloa (the last station of Metro Line No. 3). Look for Isla 1 and get down a floor to " Area Comercial" (Use the escalator in the middle of the station near Platform 10) Look for " La Sepalvedana" to reach Terminal Autobuses 1, the ticket counter is next to Dunkin Cafe.... I took the bait of this tour simply because I didn't have enough time to walk around Toledo, but found it a cheap option to get to Mirado del Valle, which requires quite a hike from other attractions or hire a taxi. There are public transport options to get to Mirado del Valle, but you will have wait the next... More

My husband and I took the tourist train from Plaza de Zocodover to get a quick overview of Toledo in a relaxed way. We were on the left hand side of the train, and they seem to try to load the train as much as possible, so another couple to our right. We both have cameras and hoped to take... More

As the saying goes, when in Toledo you are always headed uphill. After walking the streets, this little train is a good way to develop some perspective, locate some of the major sights and get a view of this majestic city from across the Tajo Gorge. Helpful hints- the trains fill up so get your reservation, have a Marzipan and... More

While visiting Toledo for a few hours, we happened to be at the ticket booth on time for the first train of the day. For the price you pay, I think it's a great option to sit and just take in the beauty of Toledo and listen to the audio guide. If you have 45 min to 1 hour to... More

When in Toledo you should either take this train or the sightseeing bus - like hop on hop off ones, but in Toledo - there is no hop on hop off, which makes the train better option. The train goes outside the city walls and brings you to a gorgeous view point where you can make nice pictures. The audio... More
