We stayed at the Paradore hotel adjacent and we're able to witness the Cathedral during a service. The building is spectacular and can be visited at ground level or viewed from the cloisters of the hotel.

The Cathedral is massive and so a lot to see and takes a while to wonder through. It is somewhat pricey.

I didn’t take the tour but took time to go to Mass. This is a beautiful place of worship with many visitors and pilgrims milling around. Well worth a visit.

The town and the cathedtal leaves one with admiration. The massive gothic design, The rich internal decor. Mass was attended by very many worshipers and pilgrims.

Very comprehensive audio tour is offered here. We learned a lot in the 45 minute, or so, tour including explanations of the architecture, history, repairs, etc.. Awe inspiring in both beauty and size, don't miss it if you are staying in Leon!

Worth going inside (if you're not Catholic). It's beautiful. The museum is also worthwhile although a title odd as for security reasons (no guard staff) they lock you in the building and you ring to get let out. It's a little unclear if you don't speak Spanish and you get the unhelpful gatekeeper. But the collection is beautiful and extensive... More

We came here thinking we would see a magnificent building. And yes, it was beautiful but a bit pricey though for what you get. Advice: If you"re visiting Burgos, or Zaragoza, keep you money and visit these instead of the one in Leon. You won't be disappointed.

Stained glass windows are being restored. Amazing differences between colors and light of restored Windows and those that have not yet been restored. The at he'd entrances and doorways have fantastic carvings well worth viewing.

Wow - right at the top of the high street, this Cathedral sits majestically against the sky line. What a building - fits nicely into the City, a must for all visitors. There will be lots of visitors but take your time and enjoy.

As we walked the Camino, we enjoyed touring the different cathedrals. The stained glass was gorgeous.
