A must see attraction in Leon - the head set tour guides provide a really good explanation of the building and restoration of the cathedral - a highlight for me was the fact that the stained glass windows were all removed and put back together when there was a restoration of the cathedral in the 1850-1900's.

This is an excellent cathedral to visit with so much to see and take pictures of. There is an audio guide which is well having to explain everything. There are many cathedrals to visit in Spain, but this one is well worth it.

there is a special spot close to the corner of where the bars and restaurants are, where you can photograph it entirely. Ask any local

Lovely cathedral and architecture. The history is imperative to fully appreciate the building and Leon in all its glory, Pay the money to get the audio tour in the language of your choice. it is well worth it to be able to understand what it took not only to build the structure, but to resurrect it.
