The tour cost 10€ for two people and was definitely worth the money. The only bad thing is that you can't take pictures of any of the items, even without using flash. They run Spanish and English language tours, that last an hour and given you some time to explore the last bit of the exhibition by yourself. There are... More

Old romanic church with a beautiful Cloister with really marvellous romanic fresco paintings. The church and its museum are not far away from the Cathedral so it is possible to walk between the two places.

This museum is worth visiting for the building alone. The murals are really well preserved. To see the old books in the library is fascinating. There is a tour in English at 11am which we missed as we had another tour then.

A beautiful space enriched with history. A must to visit. I particularly like the bottom part. Where many noble people were buried. Gorgeous 13th century murals on the ceiling.

The church itself is interesting and it claims to have the actual Holy Grail - yes the real one, according to a recent book by two Spanish academics (so Indiana Jones and the Nazis were wasting their time it was in Spain all along!).

We were lucky to turn up here just as a tour was about to start in English. This was excellent as the museum has some fascinating objects. Well worth checking out when English tours are available f you don't understand much Spanish. Although the guide gave good explanations you get so much more from the museum if you already know... So glad we visited this. It it seeped in history with Roman architecture as well as 12 century and more. I especially loved seeing the chalice that was owned by a member of the royalty and is said to be the chaice of the Last Supper. Whether that is historically accurate or not (it's disputed), the chalice is a lovely... More

The main attraction of this building is the ancient set of frescoes in the ceiling of one section of the museum. They are in very good and original condition. Also worth seeing are the many beautiful items in the museum which date back 1300 years.
