Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

These young ladies shared Barcelona/Catalonia in a way that we probably never would have had the opportunity to experience. We truly felt they shared parts of their lives and their culture with us. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Spain!

I joined Gemma and Paula to discover an amazing winery located in an hidden spot at just 15 min by car from the Ramblas !
They are great locals and could give you lots of information about their region.
The tour was relax and fun, I highly recommend it to decompress and have a good time off the beaten tracks :)

Gemma and Paula guided us on a peaceful journey away from the hustle and bustle of the city -- exactly what we were looking for at the end of our Iberian cruise. They were nice enough to meet us at the pier and take us (and our luggage) to charming Alella, where we strolled through the historic town, toured two vineyards and had a tasty lunch before heading on to our hotel in Barcelona. Some great wine (we ordered a case from Alta Alella) and conversation (including insights into the current political climate in Catalonia). Clearly, the locals know these fun ladies and treat their clients well!

This experience cost a bit more than other tours, but was worth it. It's an intimate tour of small town near Barcelona. Our guides were very friendly and picked us up in a convenient location. The drive was short! The winery was interesting. It has a long history in a family, and it seems they are humble, yet passionate wine makers. There was plenty time to ask questions, see interesting parts of the growing, harvesting and fermentation process. The tour of the grounds includes a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. The walk through the winery was an experience of learning facts, light conversation and ended with a lovely wine tasting.

The tour guides are from the area and it's clear they are part of the community. After visiting the small winery we were whisked to a local market and got to see historic architecture in the town. At the local market vendors prepared samples of food, which had a nice variety and was tasty. The tour finished at a tavern where wine and tapas awaited us. Again light conversation, wine and food was our delight.

One of the best parts of this tour is that it's run by two women entrepreneurs. They are excited about their work, ensured us we'd have a fun time and totally delivered on that from the thoughtfulness of the activities and their wonderful personalities! Lastly, we appreciated that they are focusing on a small, local winery as opposed to a more corporate scale operation. Something about that was more authentic.
