Used 3 times during our stay in Barcelona. Good communication from the time of booking through to confirmation of pick up time and from the driver shortly before arriving. For the airport to apartment transfer, the driver was waiting at the agreed meeting point - very easy to find and with a clearly marked sign. For the apartment to airport transfer (x2), the drivers were punctual and found our address with no issues. All 3 drivers were very professional but also very friendly. The cars were in very good condition. This is a highly reliable transfer service that can be recommended without any reservations.

The car that showed up on time was a taxi and not the Mercedes Benz pictured in the Viator ad. If we wanted a taxi we would have call one ourselves and saved money.

Our driver was at the designated spot as expected. My only issue with this is that the hour of waiting time starts at landing and on an international flight by the time the plane gets to the gate, 300+ people get off, go through customs and claim luggage it can be tight. We made it with a few minutes to spare but 2 of our group had to make a quick stop in the airport and the driver made us aware that our hour was almost over. I don't know that he would've left us but it seemed like that was the plan. Not sure if the driver spoke English or not because he never spoke to us again after we got into the vehicle. We ended up taking the subway back to the airport at the end of our trip, rather than book again with this company. The subway is very clean, easy to use, a fraction of the cost and actual travel time is not too different.

Despite heavy traffic, our driver arrived within a few minutes of our pickup time.
The driver was friendly, informative, and spoke good English. The taxi was very clean and comfortable for our four passengers and eight pieces of luggage ( four checkin size and four carryon size). We traveled from the Hotel Colon across from the Barcelona Cathedral to the port quickly and efficiently. We were pleased with this driver and this company.

Driver never showed up. We had to call the company a few times and they kept telling us that the driver was there. Finally someone showed up with a small piece of cardboard with our name on it. He led us out to the taxi stand and put our luggage in it. So basically what happened is that our driver never showed up and the company finally called a taxi for us (after they kept telling us that the driver was there). Mind you we had paid for a sedan to pick us up and instead got a taxi which we could have taken ourselves. Total ripoff!! Best just to arrange pickup from your hotel concierge directly.

Driver not at airport as promised. Had to chase up with phone call. Old taxi arrived with ripped seat. Not upmarket vehicle as booked. Driver drove uncomfortably fast.

This made our arrival so easy and comfortable after a long flight. Our driver answred all our questions during the drive from the airport to our hotel. He met us after baggage claim with a sign and helped with our bags to the car. Great, easy way to arrive.

Our driver was standing just outside baggage claim with our name on a sign. He helped with the luggage and got us to our hotel quickly. We also enjoyed the conversation. He answered all our questions. This was so easy.

The sedan with the private chauffeur came 25 minutes later than stated and was actually a local Barcelona taxi that I could have called myself. Booked this through Trip Masters and ended up paying twice what I would have if I had the hotel call me a taxi. I would not recommend this service or using Trip Masters to book local transportation.

Were delayed getting through passport check and driver contacted us and waited. Didn’t have to wait in taxi line which was very long. Driver took our luggage directly to car and straight to hotel. Same price as taxi without the wait. Highly recommend.
