My husband and I did the Shadow of the Wind tour with Els in May 2022 and she was great. It was just the three of us, and we spent almost three hours wandering through the Gothic Quarter and the Raval Quarter. We stopped frequently to discuss passages from the book and Els also shared a ton of information about the history of the city. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it!

We had a great bike tour with Els. She was very knowledgeable and was great company. We saw a lot on the tour and learned all about Barcelona and Gaudí. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this tour. The tapas was also delicious!

We did a tour with Else to the montjuic top. She was an excellent guide and took care to carry us along and show all the sites. It’s a lovely view from the top.

A fantastic way to explore the hidden gems of the Catalan capital, with a very knowledgeable guide and stops along the way at some very nice tapas bars. We learnt so much about the architecture, history and culture of this amazing city whilst tasting some delicious food. I’d highly recommend this to anyone visiting Barcelona

We did the Montjuic e bike tour with Gerton and had a great time. I would highly recommend the tour. He was a knowledgeable guide who gave us an interesting tour through parts of Barcelona we would have never seen. E bikes were perfect for climbing Montjuic and we saw the park, Olympic venues and great views of the city and learned a lot from our guide.

We have done two private bike tours with guide Els.
First, we did a tour to the bunkers of Carmel, with a really beautiful 360 degrees view over barcelona, amazingly!! Biking up the hill with an Ebike was not a big effort at all!
Second, we did the Montjuic tour, also amazing nice views over the harbour of barcelona and the city itself, very good tour to do!
Our guide Els had lots of good information about Barcelona, really enthusiastic, and she made us feel very safe biking through Barcelona. It was a real pleasure to have her as our guide!
Good and quick communication by email to book the tours!
All and all highly recommended when you go to Barcelona!
Next time we book again with Orange Monkey!

We had a fantastic guide, she really listen to what we would like to do, good knowledge about Barcelona, nice insight, tips and tricks. She was very safe in the traffic in this big city.
We really can recommend Els as tourguide and would defenitly book again.

Gerton was a brilliant host who gleefully glided our private tour of 12 through the streets of Barcelona. We truly enjoyed a deeper look into the history and culture of this beautiful city. He shared fabulous fun facts and we were able to enjoy a lovely coffee with churros and chocolate on our break.
Highly recommend this group - they do bike tours too. Ook in het Nederlands (Hup, Hup)!

I had a lot of fun on this tour. Ad had a copy of the book, and he had marked passages for me to read aloud as we reached the appropriate sites throughout the old city. Ad also provided a lot of information about the city's history and culture, not just what was in the book. A wonderful introduction to Barcelona--thank you!

What a great experience! We did the city bike tour with Ad, our Dutch guide. He showed us around and teaches us about the history of Barcelona. We saw places you would never find our see. We highly recommend this tour.
