It’s impossible to find a seat in this market. It’s so not enjoyable. What you can do just buy some snack and stand along from place to place. We enjoy iberico ham and cheese in a cone though.

We had been recommended to go here by our hotel and were not disappointed. It was a Friday afternoon and the market was in full swing. Vegetable stalls, fruit stalls, Iberian ham and cheese, fresh fish. Everything. There were bars and oysters and singing as...More

It’s a great market and definitely worth seeing, but little variety. Must be 25 meat vendors all selling the exact same things, and same for many other types of vendors. I guess all that competition keeps the prices low.

This is a welcome break from the busy Ramblas. You cannot help but be amazed by the foodstuffs on show. Ok it’s not market prices but the ability to stop off for some tasty snacks here and there is a real treat. I had some...More

Always a nice experience to visit Boqueria in Barcelona, but too crowded for my taste. Beter to go outside lunch time. Anyway a great experience.

Very popular and crowded market of various food. Front of market is more expensive then the inside. Love the vibe but it is too crowded most of the time.

Super crowded..... tons of people and many vendors. Definitely get a fruit juice and walk around. The strawberry orange and kiwi juices were great! Try the chocolate covered strawberries on a stick. The organic veggie vendor in the bank is very good with fresh ingredients,...More

La Boqueria is a great place to visit. Lots of fresh products, drinks and other goodies. Quite colorful. Beautiful displays. One can easily spend hours there.

El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this
gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an
excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic
spots in the entire city. A sense of humble
authenticity protrudes from the many independent
record stores, second hand shops, and student bars
that seem to light up the streets day and night. The
rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day
