The views and photos of Metro Barcelona from here are amazing and the Funicular railway that takes you to the top is also enjoyable

What a great place to start your tour of the city. The site overlooks the entire city from atop a hill. It includes a beautiful church and a small amusement park. Well worth a visit.

The view from the cathedral is spectacular. It is well worth paying to go up in the elevator for the higher view. Then up the stairs to the top. Well worth it when you get up there to view the city below.
