Wonderful tour in Gaudi's Barcelona

Last September we arrived with my familya on the MSC cruise to Barcelona. We hired a tour with Classic Tours for Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. The guide Luigi was just fantastic, all the schedules where met on time and we greatly enjoyed the whole tour.
I would recommend Classic Tours to anyone, very professional company, great guide and also good prices.

Excellent tour of Hermitage Museum

Had a great and super informative tour in Hermirage museum with the guide Olga! Highly recommend! She took us to the main landmarks and we skipped queues as we booked in advance with classic tours !

Amazing service and personal tour!

We visited Saint Petersburg during the World Cup and I was worried that we wouldn't be able to schedule a time to visit The Hermitage with a tour. It was a little tricky to find their office but once we found the Classic Tours office, just as a heads up, you'll have to walk into an office building, and tell the receptionist you are looking for Classic Tours, she will let you through a secured gate into an office looking building.

When we got into the Classic Tour office we were asked what days/time we were available for a guided tour at The Hermitage and they contacted us via WhatsApp within a few hours with a scheduled time to meet our tour guide. To our surprise, my husband and I met our tour guide, Svetlana, and thought we'd be in a group but it was just the two of us which made it very personal. Svetlana was very knowledgeable and asked us what we wanted to see and what we were interested in seeing and knew exactly which to go and avoid the massive crowds. The service was great and I enjoyed our very personal tour of The Hermitage with Svetlana and Classic Tours.

Stunning palaces and museums

This was our first visit to Saint Petersburg and wanted to see everything as smoothly as possible therefore we did this through this company. It saved any hassle of obtaining visas etc and it went very well. Once through Border Control and the unfriendly staff there, we were greeted onto our coach by our guide who was great. You have to bear in mind that if you're doing the two day tour, they are long as there's lots to see and it can mean getting into the coach at about 7.00 am, but well worth it. Plenty of walking but the architecture is stunning

There is nothing bad to say about them. Our guided tour with Julia was just amazing, I have never seen such knowledge and passion in what a person does like she has. She has the ability to make you love everything you are seeing.
Damian was our driver, just amazing, giving advices, helping us in everything we needed.
I would repeat with them without any kind of doubt.

Excellent overview of the city

All excursions from cruise ships tend to be too short and barely scratch the surface, but it was nice to tour the city by bus as it was raining that day. We also got to visit a tourist gift shop filled with icons, nested dolls, and other souvineers. Our guide spoke good English and told us a lot about the city.

Going through immigration was a little unnerving. The officials were very officious. Virtually no eye contact, no greeting, just examined our passports, stamped them, and waved us on. It was well worth visiting this historic city, and it would be even better to have more time.

We had a very expert guide who speaks in pefect spanish and has a great knowledge about all Russian history.
Time, accuracy,visited places, transport, logistics and all features with Classic Tours were soo good.
This is a travel agency specially recommended for this part of the Baltic Cruises

totally unexpected

Well organized tours with knowledgeable guides on board. St petersburg was amazing from its canal to palaces ,hermitage and its sometimes dark history is revealed on many of these tours. The Usopov Palace with it's links to Rasputin is a must as is Catherines Summern palace and Amber room.

We enjoyed the 3-Day Deluxe tour of St. Petersburg as offered by the SPB touring group.

We cruised to St. Petersburg on the Oceania ship Marina and fully enjoyed our ship experience, but decided to choose an independent tour group for our 3 days in St. Petersburg. After researching various options, we decided on the deluxe 3-day SPB package, which offered a full agenda of many desired attractions in St. Petersburg. Our tour guide, Eugenia Rozhentsova, was excellent - very knowledgeable, congenial, responsible, and an absolute sweetheart. She guided us through all 3 days, which was great, and the small group size (11) facilitated our access to the cathedrals, palaces, and museums - often ahead of the larger groups. Our driver, Roman, was also excellent - very personable and helpful. This tour group is totally professional and we used them for a few of our other port cities as well. I highly recommend SPB tours, and plan to use them again. We also had fabulous evenings at the opera and the ballet, both facilitated by SPB transport services (they also provided the ballet tickets; the opera tickets were purchased by us in advance).
