My husband and I spent the good part of a day walking through Parc de Montjuic. We walked up to Castle Montjuic (the cable car was undergoing maintenance when we went, but to be honest I enjoyed the walk up), then slowly wound our way...More

Spectacular views of the city and port from the park. Lots of walking and stairs and a slight elevation that might affect some visitors. Many tree lined paths and places to explore.

The walk isn't too bad, and there are plenty of stairs. The park around the top of Montjuic is beautiful and expansive. You can take a short walk around or explore the side paths and make it longer. The views of the city are lovely!...More

The parc is beautiful. We didn't manage to visit the castle, but we checked every corner of the parc. Don't use the teleferic, just walk, enjoy the view and the sun

Get the cable car ride to the top- Teleferic de Montjuic, fun thing to do and admire panoramic views across Barcelona and the Port of Barcelona.

The view is superbeautiful, it really must be visited! Better to go by car or bus instead of walking, because it will be really tiring.

Montjuic is a must see on a visit to Barcelona. The views are superb from the top. However avoid the coffee kiosk. The owners are rude and unhelpful to the extent that I resented giving them my hard earned tourist dollar!!

We thought this was pretty average, the cable car is the best part for the views but once you're up there there's not much to visit. I definitely wouldn't rate it as a must see.

It is simply a fort with not much displays.....I feel I wasted my time visiting this place except for the pretty city views. The prettiest thing to see are the outside gardens which you can see before paying admission.

Barcelona has many places to watch the view of the entire city and this is just one of them plus it has a good view of the beach when you are on Montjuic Hill.

As far as I know entry to the park is free. But entry to the castle and things like the cable car ride will cost you. No need to buy tickets online.

We took a taxi to the museum. We probably should have gone up to the castle and worked our way down. You can really spend a lot of time here walking around. Also the museum is worth visiting!!!! Min 3hrs FYI the 2 cable... More
