Faithful to the club's desire to be a reference point in the sector, open to all possible schools of jazz and, therefore, to the ever-increasing number of fans of this hundred-year-old genre in Barcelona, Jamboree presents an assorted monthly programme with the cream of national and international jazz. Under the management of Pere Pons, it attempts to include a selection of musicians from Catalonia (60% of the total monthly programme), the rest of Europe (20%) and the United States (20%). Among the local artists included in the programme, there is a balanced combination of established figures and up and coming young artists. Jamboree is, above all a place where you can find out what's hot both among the new generations and the best known artists. A laboratory through which fans can keep up with the latest by our artists. With regards to the international program, first rate American artists, recognized by national and international press, are used to capture the interest of many fans.

Great evening of contemporary jazz as musicians swapped in and out over the night. We thoroughly enjoyed the night plus of course a few, well several, wines. We will be back more than once before we finish our two months in Barcelona. Recommend.

I came here accidentally as I accompanied a group of drunk girls here on a Friday night. It was actually a great experience. The atmosphere and the music were great - old school hip hop and dance hall. Decently priced drinks. I would come here...More

My wife and I went here on a Thursday night recently. It seemed a little on the steep side price wide but being in the centre of Barcelona its to be expected. There were probably 10 people in the venue which didn't do the band...More

I'm not a fan of jazz but got 'dragged' to go to this place on our last night. I'm really glad we did go, tickets were reasonably priced, the place is really cool and the acoustics of the underground jazz club really help the music...More

While contemplating where to watch a live Flamenco dance performance in Barcelona, we chanced upon Jamboree as an option based on the recommendations from Lonely Planet. We had to wait long enough to queue up to purchase the tickets. The street artists in the piazza...More

We went on a mid-February week day night and the venue was half full! It was a pity because the Jazz Trio performing that night was amazing! The most wicked version of Bye bye Blackbird and Afro Blues I had ever heard! The cover charge...More
