Our guide Diana was flexible, easy going and the tour was very informative. She took her time to explain what was going on and knowledgeable of the area. Activities included hiking, swimming, visited old fishermen village etc etc. enjoyable experience for us.

Not sure if you are still looking for this information but there is opportunity to trot and canter. Not lots of it as the ride is quite steep at some parts but definitely some opportunity
