This came highly recommended and did not disappoint! Boadas is the oldest cocktail bar in Barcelona and the drinks represent the character and artistry of the bartenders. A must try!

Get there early to get a seat at the bar and watch these master cocktail makers at work. No menu, no english, no problem though... just give them a vague idea of what you like and they will make you a cocktail to die for....More

So if you're in Barcelona you have definitely try this cocktail bar. The location is amazing, very vintage and charming. Cocktails are phenomenal, something that you have to experience at least one time. In 2 days in Barcelona we went there twice. Very nice

I went twice. Once after dinner and once before. Both times, I had great service and excellent cocktails. The drinks are generous and well priced. 10 euro for a huge Old Fashion with fresh fruit. Yes, please. The place is dripping with history and the...More

This was one of our worst experiences in Barcelona. Its a total tourist trap and Ia not sure why it has gotten so many reviews. They use cheap bottled juices for cocktails and the bartenders definately did not seem to be skilled. Pricey for what...More

Well, there's a first time for everything I suppose. I enjoyed a margarita here with my partner and was shushed whilst laughing in conversation with a fellow Brit we met. This bar is small, though I'd give it atmospheric. It was apparently a haunt of...More

Tiny, old school spot off La Rambla where Hemingway once drank. A bit pricey by Barcelona standards but worth checking out.

Lovely old wood panelled bar just off the Ramblas with formally dressed staff serving carefully made cocktails.

La Rambla
Barcelona's most famous street was once a dry
riverbed. Now, La Rambla is a 1200-metre boulevard,
and a major draw for visitors. During the day, La
Rambla fills with pedestrians, some of which stroll
past impressive human statues and artists while others
take a break to people-watch while enjoying a drink at

You won't get a cocktail class of the sort you're thinking of in Boadas. It's a proper old school bar and has changed very little over the years. No drinks menus, no food, just incredibly knowledgeable bar staff, (even if... More
