When we wanted to check that they had the correct address for our homebound journey ( bit of an issue, easily resolved first journey, as address was showing up as an hotel a little further up from our private apartment) - we got through to a person who spoke very good English and who phoned back within a few mins. to double check that they had correct address. No phone calls, just email confirmation and later pickup time voucher next day. The transfer itself without a hitch. Great driver, very helpful. They knew more about our departure flight than we did actually - change of terminal, registration counter number. Good price too. Just came back from Krakow and pickup from airport was on time despite taking a while to get through passport control. I have used Sun transfer before, mainly in Tenerife but also other countries and I have always been impressed with the service. It is reliable company and normally fairly priced, however prices are showing an increase.

I have been booking sun transfer for many years. I noticed standards falling in the last three years
LPA to Melenores and return some weeks later
Tghis time on arrival I was met by a person who had my name scribbled on a small piece of paper. No mention of Sun transfers and driver was dressed for the beach.
The car we ordered was a mii cab with name horizen on it.
journey was OK I gave a tip
Return trip did not happen
Car to collect did not arrive. I waited 15 minutes and the hotel reception spoke to an individual on an emergency number. At this stage 20 minutes had elapsed and the person on the emergency line said our car was outside the hotel. This was factually untrue and I have a porter and three hotel staff who will verify my recollection of events. I grabbed a nearby car for the kerb side paid him €60 and got to the airport with ten minutes to to spare.
No word from sun transfers? Am I surprised. Customer care totally lacking and contract not honoured but paid for. Refund who knows? Liam Twomey transfer ref no 0N4391

Excellent experience! Friendly driver, lots of useful infos during our transfer from our driver, he was there on time and even waited for us for more than a hour because of a delay with the formalities on the airport. The car was clean and very well maintained. Nothing to complain! I strongly recommend!

Used this company for our airport transfer from Faro Airport. NEVER AGAIN!!
The journey took over 2 hours instead of 20 minutes because the driver could not find our villa (the address had been provided at point of booking!). The driver asked my 13 year old autistic daughter for her phone number and also showed her cannabis pics on his phone.
The return transfer did not arrive even after they advised me he was on his way! We had to get another taxi back to the airport.
After complaining, the company refunded the transfer cost and the taxi fare but refused to pay compensation! Dreadful experience - AVOID AT ALL COST!

Suntransfers provided ontime service with good transportation in Costa Rica. I changed the time online twice and it was updated immediately and I never had to contact them through customer service. Recommend if booking transfers overseas.

Both trips were perfect. Flight out was 2hrs late - no problem with transfer.

I booked Suntransfer based on the good reviews people wrote, but my experience is very disappointing. I booked Suntransfer.com for our family trip to Mexico City this month, round trip from airport to our hotel. Suntransfer.com sent me an email the day before our trip detailing the airport pickup location and information. When we arrived, there was no one there. I went around the airport to look for them, couldn't find them. I called their service number, they had to dispatch another car to pick us up. So we waited over 40min just to get to the ride. To avoid such problem for the return trip to airport, I communicated with them several times before our departure date, detailing exact time and place to be picked up. Again, when we got there on time, there was no car. The driver said he couldn't find us. I am just so surprised as we clearly agreed on the pickup location prior to the departure day. After waiting for about 20min, the car finally came. As a transportation service, I believe being punctual is the most important thing. So overall a very disappointing experience for us with Suntransfer.com

Hola, alguien ha hecho una cancelacion recientemente?
Yo tenia un transfer de Rabat al aeropuerto de Casablanca para el 25/4. Logicamente con todo esto del covid, tuve que cancelar el viaje, alojamientos y el transfer, por supuesto (fue cancelado el 16/3).
A pesar de haber recibido un email diciendome que "Se hará un reembolso del importe pendiente a tu tarjeta de crédito, tarjeta de débito o cuenta bancaria, el cual puede tardar hasta 10 dÃas en ser procesado por tu banco o entidad emisora de la tarjeta." al dia de hoy no he recibido reintegro alguno.
Hoy, 29/3 me comunique por chat con una empleada, me dijo que deberia haber recibido un email con una opcion de nota de credito para un futuro traslado con Suntransfers, email que no recibi nunca, y que en todo caso envie un email a infoArrobaSuntransfersPuntoCom, manifestando que no quiero la nota de credito y si quiero el reembolso. En el mismo chat me advierte que va a tardar bastante por todas las cancelaciones que hubo.
Entiendo que esten desbordados por este imprevisto, pero pienso que una empresa con tan buena reputacion, no deberia tener una comunicacion tan desprolija (por ser suave) con sus clientes.

Why does it state private taxi showing a normal car if there are only 2-3 people then you end up with a mini bus. Not very good. You think that it's a car when you book and pay, so I think it is very misleading. I don't want a mini bus, I want to travel in comfort, it's what we paid for. If it is a mini bus when we transfer in Fuerteventura. I won't use them again.

Yes it probably will be a mini bus that you’ll be allocated. However these are usually new, very comfortable and air conditioned. We have travelled several times with Suntransfers and have never been disappointed with our choice of transfer Vehicle. The service we received has always been top notch and the driver has been polite, professional and friendly. I hope this has reassured you. Have a great holiday 😊
