Amazing experience. Fun way to get to know the Retiro Park. Cannot imagine doing it any other way. Isa, our host, was fun and gave us useful facts about the park and its history.

Isa was our facilitator and gave us a great time! It is an excellent way to have fun in a group and, at the same time, get to know Madrid. I definitely recommend it!

We had a great time, a very original way to get to know Retiro Park. Beltrán, our activity monitor, has been very friendly. If you want to do something different and have a good time with friends, family and children, this escape room is for you. Highly recommended.

This was a fun way to explore the Malasaña neighborhood. Our guide was well-prepared and friendly, and it was a fun way to spend a morning.
That said, if you are into puzzles or escape rooms, these puzzles were for the most part relatively easy. For the most part they weren't linked to the locations, so it felt mostly like walking from place to place to do a puzzle that could be done anywhere else. The puzzles, or at times tasks, didn't directly relate to the story itself.
So, this could be a great experience, depending on your expectations.

Thank you for your feedback! Our activity it is a walking tour with puzzles but not an escape room, as we explained on our website, it has easy games for all ages. You picked the Madrid experiencie that had no connexion to the city, we have 2 more that talk about the city itself. For you to know for next time :)

An experience that could have been very fun, but... materials were missing from the equipment suitcases. The flashlight did not illuminate well, perhaps it was missing batteries. Two of the three little bottles of liquids were empty, so we couldn't perform the test. Bugs that prevented us from playing the game. A shame, because the idea is good. If I had been better prepared...

Al reutilizar los materiales tenemos que asegurarnos de que los participantes los tratan de la mejor manera, a veces puede pasar que justo el equipo de antes lo haya dejado así y no nos de tiempo a cambiarlo... Ya lo sentimos, pero normalmente no suele ser así. Espero que aun así disfrutaseis!

The activity is very fun, and it is a good way to explore areas of Madrid. The girl who guided us put a lot of effort into it but it was obvious that she didn't have much experience, at least in this escape room, she didn't know the clues very well or how it worked. There were some that I didn't even know what they were like. Very nice, it would be advisable that if someone new goes, that they be accompanied by someone who knows the game well, or a little better prepared. Thank you
