I paid $40 in advance for transfer from Malaga airport on September 5, 2022. No one showed to pick me up, and I waited an hour. Finally ended up paying almost $50 for a taxi. I filed a dispute and they denied it. NEVER PAY VIATOR IN ADVANCE!!! They basically stole my money.

My daughter came out at 9:43PM. Driver was set to pick up at 9:30PM. All the flight details were provided. Driver was a no show.
Had to call the operator and said he forgot and will send a person in 10 min.
After 1 hour and repeated calls, driver showed up.
While my daughter was running with the driver with her bags, he told her to hurry-up.
Glad, my daughter had international plan activated.

The general service is correct, the cars are not high-end but they are clean and more or less well maintained. But the experience depends entirely on the driver you get. I even took a trip with Claudia, an excellent and very professional driver. However, on another trip I had a driver who decided to make political criticisms that were not appropriate in a professional environment, which made the trip quite uncomfortable.
I imagine that the prices will be tighter than other higher quality companies, so for fairer budgets it is fine, but the experience will depend on the driver.
