Nice old train station

There are some stores and shops inside the station providing something to do while waiting for trains but not really a reason to visit on its own.

While we waited for our train we walked around looking for clothing stores and it's not really much to see. Must of the stores are gift shops and little bars and cafes. Spend too much time awaiting bore untill the time for our departure.

This major hub is a very impressive inside with a lovely modern touch to it. However, the exteriors, while nicely decorated in a Mudéjar style, are totally neglected with graffiti and filth all over the place. Worth a visit only if the station is on your Metro route.

The architecture of the Estacion de Principe Pio is okay, but nothing exceptional. There are a few stores there now but nothing to call attention.

The station itself is OK, but I had a difficult time finding where and discerning how to purchase bus tickets. It was confusing. The information area for the station was in the lower level and the person at the booth simply pointed down the hallway when I inquired about purchasing a bus ticket.
